About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys connecting with prospects. You'll play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from provided lists or CRM systems
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule appointments with decision-makers
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, or LinkedIn to nurture interest and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes in the CRM
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly calling and appointment targets
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, Appointment Setter, or similar role
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong command of English (both spoken and written)
- Comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and dialer tools
- Resilient, positive attitude, and able to handle objections professionally
- Self-disciplined and capable of working independently in a remote setup
