Job Description

Own and lead the global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, setting strategy, standards, and longterm roadmap
Design and evolve talent acquisition frameworks, processes, and governance to support future workforce needs
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, HR partners, and hiring leaders on talent attraction and hiring effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement through data, analytics, and forwardlooking recruitment practices, including digital and AIenabled solutions
Ensure alignment of talent acquisition processes with employer brand and candidate experience globally
Establish, track, and report on key TA metrics to demonstrate impact and inform decisionmaking
Partner crossfunctionally to embed scalable, highquality hiring capabilities across regions
This role does not involve handson recruiting or requisition delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful COE Talent Acquisition should have:

Talent acquisition foundation, with significant exposure to strategy, transformation, or COE leadership
Proven experience designing and implementing global TA programs
Strong capability in metrics, analytics, and datadriven decision making
Experience working with senior leaders and executives in a global environment
Deep understanding of modern recruitment practices, employer branding, and technologyenabled hiring
Experience in highgrowth, technology, or manufacturing environments
