This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who can read and reason about code. Whether you're a self-taught developer, a coding hobbyist, or a seasoned engineer, your eye for quality is what matters here. No CS degree or formal work history required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated code across languages like Python, JavaScript, and more
- Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and inefficiencies
- Evaluate code quality for readability, structure, and best practices
- Rate outputs using structured evaluation rubrics
- Suggest concrete improvements and explain your reasoning clearly
- Work across a variety of programming challenges and difficulty levels
- Complete assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
- Logical thinker with a sharp eye for errors and inefficiencies
- Clear written communicator — you can explain technical issues in plain language
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- No computer science degree or professional development experience required
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages
- Experience with code review, debugging, or QA workflows
- Background in software development, engineering, or computer science
- Prior exposure to AI tools or technical evaluation tasks
