About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Partnerships Lead to help turn promising partnerships into trusted, active and performing relationships.

You will work across a diverse ecosystem of businesses, organisations, communities, KOLs and solopreneurs - supporting onboarding, building alignment, deepening relationships and turning ideas into campaigns, initiatives and small-format partner activations.

This is not a business development/hunting role. It is about making partnerships work.

What You'll Own

• Partner onboarding, alignment, engagement and follow-through
• Building and deepening trusted partner relationships
• Planning and executing joint campaigns, initiatives and collaborations
• Coco Veda LiveWell × Partner small-format events and activations
• Coordinating the content, multimedia and communication assets needed for execution
• Tracking performance, learning what works and improving execution
• Growing partnerships towards repeatable, measurable business outcomes
• Working hands-on across priorities in a small, agile team

Skills That Matter

We need someone who can build relationships AND execute.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, together with practical content and multimedia capabilities — writing, design, basic video creation/editing and social content.

You should be organised, resourceful, comfortable multitasking, able to work independently and, importantly, understand business goals and numbers.
