The Coaster Driver is responsible for safely operating a company-assigned coaster or minibus to transport personnel, guests, or materials to and from designated locations. The role requires adherence to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols while maintaining the vehicle in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive the company coaster to transport employees, guests, and officials to various destinations as scheduled.
- Ensure passengers are safely picked up and dropped off at designated locations.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after each trip, including checking oil, water, brakes, tires, and lights.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle at all times.
- Ensure that the coaster is properly fueled and well-maintained; coordinate with the Admin/Transport Unit for maintenance and repair needs.
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, and company transport policies.
- Assist passengers in boarding and alighting when necessary.
- Report any incidents, delays, or irregularities encountered during trips to the immediate supervisor.
- Observe punctuality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management related to transport and administrative support.
Job Requirements
- At least a high school graduate.
- Must possess a valid professional drivers license (usually Restriction Codes 2 and 3 in the Philippines).
- Minimum of [2-3] years of experience driving coasters or similar-sized vehicles.
- Good knowledge of local traffic rules and routes.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
- Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and courteous.
- No history of major traffic violations or accidents.
Note
Services will be needed from October 11 to 15, 2025, for transportation from Manila to Capas, Tarlac, and vice versa.
