Key Responsibilities :
- Create and develop designs for robotic welding and jig applications
- Program and operate CNC robot welding machines
- Develop accurate and efficient programs based on technical drawings
- Set up and optimize jigs, fixtures, and welding sequences
- Ensure precision, consistency, and quality in welding outputs
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machine-related issues
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Programming and Machine Operation
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and apply them accurately in programming
- Understanding of industrial automation and robotics is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields is preferred
- Relevant certifications or prior experience in CNC or robotic programming will be considered an asset
- Must be located in Cebu or willing to relocate to Cebu for work.
