We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Mozaik software expertise and proven Australian industry experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate CNC programs, preparing production-ready drawings, and supporting cabinet manufacturing operations for Australian projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in cabinetry, joinery, or furniture manufacturing who understands Australian standards, production workflows, and cabinetry construction methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify CNC programs using Mozaik software
- Prepare cabinet and joinery layouts based on architectural and shop drawings
- Generate cutting lists, nesting, and machining files for CNC production
- Ensure programs are optimized for production efficiency and material usage
- Review technical drawings and specifications for accuracy
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, and project managers
- Troubleshoot CNC programming and machining issues
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with Australian manufacturing requirements
- Assist in improving workflow and production processes
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer using Mozaik
- Proven experience as a draftsperson using Mozaik
- Previous work experience with Australian cabinetmaking/joinery companies
- Strong understanding of Australian cabinetry standards and manufacturing processes
- Experience preparing CNC-ready files and production documentation
- Ability to read and interpret technical and architectural drawings
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cabinetmaking, furniture manufacturing, or joinery
- Knowledge of CNC machinery operations
- Experience working in an offshore support environment is preferred
