Job Qualifications
At least High School Graduate Vocational or Technical course certification is an advantage, with 2+ years of experience in CNC machining or a related role.
Knowledgeable in CNC machining center operations, including machine setup, calibration, programming, tooling, and basic maintenance.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and machine specifications accurately.
Experience in automotive, precision machining, or manufacturing industries is preferred, with strong attention to detail and quality.
Proficient in performing machine troubleshooting, dimensional inspection, and preventive maintenance while following safety and production standards.

Job Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machining center equipment based on engineering drawings, production requirements, and work instructions.
Perform machine calibration, tooling adjustments, and CNC program modifications to maintain efficient production and product quality.
Conduct routine machine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates properly.
Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments and verify compliance with required specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to improve processes, resolve production issues, enhance efficiency, and maintain accurate operational records.
