Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints and set up lathe machines per specifications.
  • Operate manual/CNC lathes to turn, face, drill, bore, knurl, and thread parts.
  • Inspect finished pieces with precision tools to ensure tolerances are met.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety/PPE guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Tech‑Voc / NCII certification preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with manual and/or CNC lathes.
  • Strong math, blueprint reading, and measurement skills.
  • Physical stamina and strict adherence to safety standards.
