Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Lathe Technician located in Cavite. The CNC Lathe Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks include equipment setup, troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance to support production processes. The role requires close attention to quality standards and collaborating with team members to address any issues that affect operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC lathe Machine, to set up, operate, and maintain machines, using drawings and precision tools.
• Proficiency in CNC programming/operation or manual lathe operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools like micrometers, VMM, CMM, and dial gauges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with process improvement and reporting methods is an advantage
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in engineering, mechanical, or related field
