CNC Drafter - MOZAIK Software

We are looking for a CNC Drafter with strong experience creating production-ready CNC drawings using Mozaik software to support a custom woodworking and cabinetry shop. This role focuses on producing clean, accurate CNC files that can be sent directly to CNC machines with minimal revisions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CNC-related drawings, a solid understanding of cabinetry and woodworking manufacturing requirements, and clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with shop staff, designers, and project managers.

1. CNC Drafting & File Preparation

• Prepare production-ready CNC drawings using Mozaik software, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for direct machine execution
• Create clean, organized CNC files with correct dimensions, material thicknesses, tooling paths, and joinery details
• Minimize revisions by proactively validating drawings against shop standards and production requirements

2. Design Translation & Technical Accuracy

• Translate design concepts, shop drawings, and specifications into detailed CNC-ready files
• Ensure all drawings reflect proper machining logic, tolerances, and construction methods used in custom cabinetry and woodworking
• Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to production

Proven experience creating CNC drawings for custom woodworking or cabinetry

Strong working knowledge of Mozaik software and CNC machining processes

Solid understanding of materials, joinery, and shop manufacturing workflows

High attention to detail and ability to produce production-ready drawings

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
