Join a high-impact, sales-driven recruiting team where you'll own the full lifecycle of placing travel Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in assignments nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, growing a pipeline, and closing deals. You'll act as both a career advisor to candidates and a sales professional, driving activity, generating submissions, and converting opportunities into successful placements.
This is a performance-oriented role with clear expectations, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to directly influence your income through placements and starts.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Generation & Candidate Development
· Proactively source, engage, and qualify CNA candidates
· Build relationships and understand candidate goals, preferences, and motivators
· Educate candidates on market conditions, pay expectations, and available opportunities
· Maintain a consistent pipeline of ready-to-place candidates
Sales & Placement Execution
· Match candidates with open assignments and drive submissions
· Clearly present job opportunities, including pay, location, and expectations
· Pre-close candidates by confirming commitment to key assignment details
· Manage candidate activity to maximize submissions and increase placement probability
· Close candidates on offers and guide them through acceptance
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact throughout the placement process
· Keep candidates informed and engaged from submission through start
· Anticipate and address potential obstacles that could impact placements or starts
· Build long-term relationships to drive redeployment and referrals
Collaboration & Deal Management

Compensation & Growth:
This role includes a competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure tied to performance (submissions, placements, and starts). High performers have significant earning upside and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
· College level or degree
· Proven success in a sales, recruiting, or high-activity, quota-driven role
· Utilize a touch-tone telephone, view a PC screen, type at least 35 wpm, demonstrate proficiency in basic Windows operations and use of miscellaneous office equipment (fax, printer, copier)
· Speak and write professionally and follow oral or written instructions
· Establish a working relationship with employees, clients, and candidates
· Organize tasks and manage time and multi-task with a sense of urgency and efficiency
· Function as a cohesive team member, engaging in open communication with all team members, and proactively working in support of the Division's performance goals
· Comply with all company policies and procedures - including adherence to all local, State, and Federal fair employment practices
· Must be willing to work in rotating shifts or US time zone.
· Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, QC
