Your Role:

As part of Service Management, Delivery Governance lead the adoption of service

management best practices within the Enterprise organisation based upon the IT

Infrastructure Library and related frameworks to position as a market leader in

delivering ICT services.

Serve as a service management subject matter expert, driving the adoption of

Configuration Management processes, and governance across EB and vendors.

Act as a change agent for EB by overseeing the implementation of strategic

initiatives within their Service Management Tower.

CMDB Analyst, you will:

• Maintain CMDB integrity and asset lifecycle accuracy.
• Lead Configuration Management practices by implementing ITSM frameworks, standards, and governance controls across support teams and vendors.
• Own the integrity, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the CMDB to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of Configuration Items (CIs).
• Drive operational governance, audits, and compliance activities to ensure CMDB processes consistently meet service levels and quality standards.
• Partner with Technical Operations, Professional Services teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align lifecycle processes, improve controls, and strengthen governance practices.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• At least 4+ years of experience in the ICT industry.
• Proven expertise in ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in people management/staff development.
• Analytical mindset with experience in financial analysis and benefit tracking.

Preferred skills/expertise

• 1+ years experience in IT Service Management, including experience in SACM or Configuration Management. Strong understanding of ITIL v4 SACM and governance frameworks.
• Advanced data analysis and Excel skills, with attention to CMDB accuracy.
• Experience in conducting audits and maintaining compliance artifacts.
• Proven expertise in ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in financial analysis and benefit tracking.
