- Building commercial models, business cases, and forecasts for growth initiatives — ensuring investments are aligned with expected impact on key metrics such as revenue, engagement, and product adoption
- Managing growth initiatives across their lifecycle — coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking delivery, and ensuring programs are executed effectively and on time
- Working closely with data and analytics teams to define and measure success — identifying opportunities for experimentation, testing hypotheses, and scaling successful approaches
- Supporting go-to-market planning and execution — ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and commercial stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful customer experiences
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of working experience in growth, marketing, consulting, or commercial roles— ideally within fintech, e-commerce, or technology companies
- Demonstrated experience driving growth initiatives or campaigns that resulted in measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking—ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics
- Strong communication skills—able to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and performance measurement is a plus
- College graduate. Preferably a degree in business, economics, engineering, or related courses
