Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cluster Sales Manager role based in Makati. The role oversees sales performance across multiple Seda properties within NCR+.

The Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing cluster-level sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share across corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade segments. This includes managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue from existing clients.

The role works closely with property-level Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in pricing, promotions, and account management, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include conducting sales calls and presentations, participating in trade shows and networking events, collaborating with Revenue Management on rate and inventory strategies, and preparing sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant hotel sales experience, preferably in a multi-property or cluster role, with supervisory or managerial exposure.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.
  • Strong knowledge of account management, business development, contract negotiation, sales planning, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of hotel distribution channels and revenue management concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, sales data, and competitor activity.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and guide property-level sales teams.
  • Highly driven, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Makati and travel to assigned properties and client locations as required.
