Job Description
- Lead a team of Vendor Operations Customer Facing Specialists responsible for onboarding, performance management, and relationship-building with our brands.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new shops, ensuring seamless integration into our platform. Provide training and support to help brands navigate our systems and processes.
- Analyze shop performance metrics, including but not limited to fulfillment rates, product quality, and customer feedback. Implement strategies to improve vendor performance and compliance with company standards.
- Act as the point of escalation for complex brand-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes, address fulfillment concerns, and ensure timely and accurate services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the vendor operations workflow. Implement automation and efficiency measures to streamline operations and enhance brand satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports on shop performance, compliance, and operational efficiency. Provide insights to management for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key brands, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions. Work collaboratively to drive mutual growth and success.
- Responsible for category growth of FBS shop, brand management,JBP collaboration and negotiating commercial terms.
- Focuses on sales growth, SKU and sourcing efficiency, conversion rate and enhancing blackstock management strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, vendor operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using brand management systems and software.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
