Cluster Head West Visayas (Bacolod or Panay region)

Ka-Eastern Cluster Head analyzes business strategies and creates adjustments and formulates monthly, quarterly, or yearly business plans for the assigned account or industry. He/She facilitates weekly team meeting for sales operations and guide the sales team in formulating specific industry strategies.

The Ideal Candidate must be:

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing.
• Experienced with at least 5 years of Sales and Marketing and 2 years in managerial capacity . And with background in ICT and Telco products.
• Exceptional in written and oral communication
• Proficient communicator and have outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
