Club Manager

DERCA Group, a franchisee of Anytime Fitness, is looking for Club Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall management and performance of the Club, including implementing efficiencies and improvement, team and Member management, and achievement of business goals and objectives
• Develops and implements policies and processes that are aligned with business objectives, vision, and values
• Manages the schedules and performance of Personal Trainers, Brand Ambassadors, and GX Instructors
• Implements activities that encourage employee and Member engagement
• Ensures compliance and proactively participates in the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program of the Club
• Uses critical analysis and sound judgement in finding a permanent or long-term solution to issues and concerns in the Club
• Prepares business reports and ensures these are accurate, comprehensive, and promptly submitted
• Manages Club Membership activities
• Initiates the marketing activities in the area and works with the Brand Ambassador in the execution, analysis, and report creation
• Validates employee DTR and commission reports
• Leads weekly and performance review meetings with employees
• Conducts orientation and briefing to new hires
