The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cloud Support Specialist to serve as a critical defender of our customer experience and system integrity. In this role, you will be the primary troubleshooter for cloud-based system issues, utilizing secure administrative access to resolve account discrepancies and platform errors. This isn't just a basic support role; it requires a high level of discretion, technical intuition, and the ability to manage complex workflows within proprietary tools. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • System Monitoring & Resolution: Utilize secure administrative access to the Cloud Dashboard to monitor, identify, and resolve technical system-related issues.
  • Account Troubleshooting: Resolve customer login and authentication problems across multiple platforms by verifying and updating sensitive account information.
  • Access Management: Modify customer credentials, such as email addresses, and initiate critical activation or verification sequences.
  • Communication Management: Handle all customer-facing resolutions and ticket updates within Gorgias, ensuring professional and clear documentation.
  • Omnichannel Support: Provide basic online chat coverage for Tier 1 issues and manage customer phone calls during peak seasons or for complex escalations.
  • Security & Escalation: Maintain strict confidentiality standards for sensitive login credentials and promptly escalate impaired platform functionality to the engineering team.
  • Workflow Tracking: Manage pending updates that require follow-up after processing delays, ensuring no customer issue is left unresolved.

What You Bring

  • Technical Aptitude: Experience working with administrative dashboards, cloud-based systems, and secure authentication protocols.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience in customer support environments using tools like Gorgias for email and chat management.
  • Multitasking Excellence: Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous support workflows.
  • Security Mindset: A deep commitment to following security protocols and handling sensitive proprietary information with total discretion.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Sharp attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot web-platform issues independently.
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for coordinating internal escalations and providing empathetic customer support.

Bonus Points if:

  • You have previous experience specifically in account administration or technical cloud services.
  • You have a proven track record of managing phone-based customer escalations.
  • You have experience navigating complex authentication issues across diverse web platforms.

Salary Range: $4-5per hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
