Job Description
Play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of our IT systems. You'll manage core infrastructure components across on-premises and cloud environments, resolve technical challenges with increasing autonomy, and support the stability of businesscritical systems. This role suits someone with solid technical experience who is growing their expertise, communicates clearly across stakeholders, and actively contributes to improving operational practices
Responsibilities
Infrastructure & System Management
- Monitor, administer, and maintain Redmap's server, storage, and network infrastructure (on-premises and cloud-based).
- Ensure systems are patched, updated, and meet security and compliance standards.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and authentication systems.
- Assist with deploying, upgrading, and decommissioning infrastructure components.
- Implement and manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and system security measures.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Proactively identify and resolve issues in systems, applications, and network services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot incidents and drive resolution.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and communication.
- Test and evaluate system changes, new tools, and infrastructure improvements.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with Product, Cloud Engineering, and Support teams to deliver reliable services. Create and maintain technical documentation and internal runbooks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through automation, tooling, and shared knowledge.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of Associate-level engineers.

- You've gained solid hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and support.
- You're effective under pressure and can deliver work despite occasional interruptions.
- You're proactive, seek help when needed, and iterate quickly toward solutions.
- You understand the importance of system security, scalability, and performance
Requirements
Essential:
- At least more than 3 years of experience in Microsoft/Intune + AWS experience, AWS infrastructure and services, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
- Hands-on Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting
- PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting experience
Desirable:
- Azure
- Terraform / CloudFormation
- CI/CD and deployment tooling
- ISO27001 / Essential Eight or similar security/compliance frameworks
- Relevant AWS or Microsoft certifications
