Advance Enterprise Technology as a Cloud Support Engineer

Bring your cloud support expertise into a role that goes beyond troubleshooting and into real operational impact. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will manage escalated end-user issues across L1, L2, and L3 environments while supporting Microsoft 365, identity access, endpoint management, networking, and cloud infrastructure. Your work will directly strengthen business continuity, security, and service reliability for a growing UK technology provider delivering modern digital solutions.   • Shift: Mid Shift, Weekends Off
  • Salary: Earn up to PHP75,000
  • Work setup: Onsite, Makati

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of IT support experience, including L1, L2, and L3 end-user support in roles such as IT Support Engineer, Tier 2 Support, or Service Desk Analyst
  • Strong cloud configuration expertise with hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms
  • Solid knowledge of authentication and access management, including Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access
  • Experience with Intune or similar endpoint management tools
  • Strong networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of system, application, and technology interactions
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership
  • MSP experience highly preferred; exposure supporting UK, US, or AU clients is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 and cloud applications, troubleshooting across endpoint, network, identity, and application layers
  • Manage user access, identity concerns, and endpoint platforms such as Intune
  • Diagnose and resolve networking issues involving DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall rules
  • Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions
  • Own incidents from intake to full resolution with clear documentation, escalating advanced issues to Tier 3 teams or third-party vendors when needed
