About The Role
NCS Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer (Cloud) professional to join our dynamic team. As a Solutions Engineer consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our network, cloud, and software testing solutions. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented group of professionals.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the capabilities of our network, cloud, and testing solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the pre-sales process, ensuring their needs are fully addressed
- Actively participate in the development of solution proposals, including the creation of technical architectures and specifications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in network, cloud, and software testing
- Assist in the delivery of proof-of-concept demonstrations and pilot projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our pre-sales processes and tools
Minimum Qualifications
- What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution consulting role, preferably in the information and communication technology (ICT) industry
- Strong technical expertise in network, cloud, and software testing technologies, including in-depth knowledge of protocols, architectures, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand business solutions
- Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to successfully close deals and deliver client satisfaction
- Ability to quickly grasp and understand new technologies, products, and services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions
