Cloud Solutions Architect (Cloud Solutions Engineer)

About the role:

This role is essentially a someone who works closely with customers and internal teams to design and deliver cloud solutions. The main goal is to help businesses adopt public or hybrid cloud technologies and support their digital transformation projects.

You would act as the bridge between the customer and the company's internal technical teams. On one side, you talk to customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements. On the other side, you coordinate with internal departments to design the right cloud solution and ensure the project moves forward smoothly.

A big part of the role is pre-sales consulting, meaning you help propose and design cloud solutions before the project is finalized. This includes preparing presentations, participating in technical discussions, running proof-of-concept (POC) tests, and supporting negotiations with clients.

You will also analyze industry trends and customer needs, helping the company identify common use cases and improve cloud solutions for different industries.

Job Description:

This position's overall responsibility is to bridge strong connection between the several internal departments of company and support the key public cloud or hybrid cloud projects to not only find cloud services that meet the needs of customers but also facilitate customers digital transformation. Besides, Cloud Solutions Engineer should liaise closely with different teams and manage the revenue goal for every month:

• The Cloud Solutions Engineer is the contact person for project operation and is responsible for planning, establishing customer connection and relationship. Responsible to provide pre-sales consult service and professional cloud solution design to customers.
• Streamline resources of Cloud internal departments and domains to support the development and pre-sales POC test of key projects.
• Understand customers requirements for business, provide guidance, deeply analyze their pain points and root causes, and influence customers decision-making. Aim to improve customer satisfaction and build a win-win partnership of mutual trust.
• Obtain in-depth insights on the business, collect and analyze marketing data for given industry. Extract typical scenarios in the industry, and summarize and promote industry tactics and solutions.
• Act as the core member of projects, take the lead in or participate in project negotiation, and guide contract clause improvement and project transaction and operation activities including dispute resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree Graduate
• Open to fresh graduates with Cloud related internship
• Be proficient in using office software, such as PPT, Excel, etc.
• Science and engineering major background is preferred.
• Strong ownership, good customer service awareness, good teamwork, project management, active thinking, strong self-motivation.
• Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig
