We are seeking an experienced Cloud & Production Engineering Lead to drive the stability, reliability, and overall operational performance of business-critical trading platforms. This role offers a combination of hands-on technical leadership, team management, incident oversight, and operational governance within a dynamic financial technology environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Production Engineers
• Oversee production incidents, escalations, and issue resolution activities
• Ensure platform stability, monitoring effectiveness, and operational readiness
• Champion observability, automation, and continuous reliability improvements
• Manage change implementation and deployment coordination
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, DevOps, Operations, and business stakeholders
• Promote operational excellence aligned with SRE best practices

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience supporting mission-critical trading or financial platforms
• Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud operations
• Hands-on experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and change management
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or Splunk
• Knowledge of market data flows, pricing models, and real-time transactional systems
• Exposure to SRE, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or automation frameworks is highly advantageous
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
