Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily operational tasks including deployments, monitoring, backups, and incident response
Support and maintain AWS infrastructure used by eMSP and CSMS projects
Monitor system performance, availability, and cost usage using tools like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Budgets
Manage IAM roles, security groups, and access controls in line with internal security policies
Respond to cloud-related requests from other teams (e.g., marketing, finance, compliance)
Help prepare documentation for security audits and compliance reviews
Assist in integrating third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, monitoring tools)
Collaborate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to support CI/CD pipelines
Keep infrastructure and deployment scripts (Terraform, Serverless Framework) up to date
Maintain and troubleshoot basic issues in containerized and serverless workloads (ECS, Lambda)

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

13 years hands-on experience in Cloud Operations or DevOps
Solid understanding of core AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS, etc.)
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Serverless Framework
Comfortable with Linux system administration and networking concepts
Basic understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions)
Experience writing or debugging deployment scripts (Bash, YAML)
Strong documentation and communication skills Nice to Have
AWS Certified (Cloud Practitioner or Associate level)
Exposure to OCPP, OCPI, or e-mobility systems
Experience working with security compliance or audit processes (e.g., access control, encryption standards)
Experience with observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry
Familiarity with Docker and container lifecycle management
