As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll bridge our Malaysia operations and China-based clients, using your Mandarin fluency to deliver exceptional cloud operations support across multi-region environments.

What You'll Do

• Perform private cloud operations including system inspection, incident handling, resource scaling, and version management

• Track and resolve customer issues swiftly, collaborating with backend teams to minimize business impact

• Respond to urgent events and drive problem resolution to ensure operational stability

• Document procedures, contribute to team SOPs, and support skill development

• Monitor system performance and identify potential stability risks proactively

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Fluent Mandarin (written and spoken): Native or near-native proficiency for daily communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and technical teams

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in cloud delivery or operations

• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Oracle) • Strong knowledge of Linux OS, container technologies (Kubernetes/Docker), and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPC)

• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or Shell for automation

Good to Have:

• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS SysOps, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent)

• Experience supporting overseas clients

• Experience with large private cloud or ToB client operations
