- Develop and enforce infrastructure, networking, naming, and deployment standards across multiple clients.
- Lead technical discussions, project kickoffs, vendor calls, and complex escalations.
- Troubleshoot advanced cloud, server, networking, identity, and endpoint issues.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, security, and infrastructure improvement.
- Work with NinjaOne and ConnectWise Manage within the MSP environment.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, AVD, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Experience deploying Azure SQL, file services, networking, and VPN solutions.
- Proven experience building Microsoft 365 tenants from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, security, and endpoint management.
- MSP experience and familiarity with NinjaOne / ConnectWise preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to take a high-level objective and independently design and implement the right solution.
- Amenable to working onsite in BGC, Taguig.
The Ideal Candidate
You are more than an escalation engineer—you are someone who can design the solution, make architectural decisions, lead implementation, and create scalable standards across multiple client environments.
