Cloud Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Cloud Engineering Manager to lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of the company's cloud infrastructure and platform. The role focuses on platform stability, security, efficiency, and cost optimization, while leading a team of cloud engineers across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, operation, and optimization of the company's cloud infrastructure and platform.
• Manage production, testing, and development environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability.
• Own cloud resource management across compute, storage, networking, and databases, with a focus on cost optimization.
• Drive monitoring, observability, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Build and improve infrastructure automation, IaC, deployment, and operational tooling.
• Oversee cloud security, access control, data protection, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of cloud engineers and work closely with regional engineering and business teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or Platform Engineering.
• 2+ years of team leadership or management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP; multi-cloud experience is a plus.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools, and scripting with Python/Bash.
• Strong experience in production infrastructure, monitoring/observability, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud security and cost optimization / FinOps is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
