We are looking for Cloud Engineers to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver cloud solutions on GCP: Architect, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure leveraging Google Cloud services (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM, etc.).
- Cloud migration and modernization: Lead or support migration from on-premises or other cloud platforms to GCP with best practices in performance, reliability, and governance.
- Automation & DevOps: Use Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripts for efficient deployment and operations.
- Cloud operations: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot live cloud environments to ensure availability, scalability, and security.
- Cost, performance and security optimization: Proactively fine-tune cloud resources usage, apply security best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with project leads, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver compelling solutions.
- Documentation & knowledge sharing: Produce technical documentation, share best practices, and mentor junior engineers where appropriate.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP; other major clouds a plus).
- Knowledge of GCP services: Including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions, IAM, BigQuery, etc.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices: Automation, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Deployment Manager, etc).
- Programming/scripting skills: Python, Bash, or similar.
- Understanding of cloud security, ITIL standards, and compliance frameworks is advantageous.
- Collaborative mindset: Strong team player, positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Professional certifications in GCP, AWS, Azure, etc. are an added advantage.
