Responsibilities / What You'll Do
- Drive customer engagements from requirements gathering to production implementation, serving as the main technical contact for Kubernetes platform initiatives
- Design and implement production Kubernetes architectures on AWS, Azure, and GCP for client environments
- Provide technical guidance to customer engineering teams on cloud-native best practices, infrastructure automation, and platform strategy
- Design, develop, and support highly available and secure on-premises and cloud Kubernetes clusters
- Troubleshot complex issues across multi-cloud environments and ensure platform reliability and performance
- Collaborate with the Kubernetes team to define best practices for cluster lifecycle management, automation, and security
- Contribute to our team by sharing experiences and knowledge across projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments
- Solid experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or similar)
- GitOps approach using tools like ArgoCD, Jsonnet, or similar
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Understanding of container security, RBAC, and compliance requirements
