The Network Architect will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing network infrastructures that support business objectives.
Responsibilities include assessing current network environments, identifying gaps, and creating architecture blueprints for LAN, WAN, and cloud connectivity.
The role involves collaborating with IT operations, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with standards.
Additional duties include capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost management for network resources.
The architect will also lead technology evaluations, provide guidance on network modernization, and ensure adherence to security and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise network solutions.
A minimum of 58 years in network engineering roles, including at least 3 years in architecture or solution design, is required.
Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices is essential.
Familiarity with SD-WAN, cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization technologies is highly desirable.
Certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Juniper JNCIP, or equivalent are considered a strong advantage.
