CLM Application Engineer Nightshift

SUMMARY

The Application Engineer will join the Contracts Sales and Support delivery team to support and enhance a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system using Sirion Labs. The role focuses on application configuration, automation, integration, production support, and solution development, working closely with business partners and developers in a global delivery environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot, analyze, coordinate, and resolve production issues.
• Work closely with business partners to gather requirements and map them to Sirion Labs solutions.
• Configure the Sirion Labs application to meet business needs and resolve issues.
• Develop technical expertise to perform code analysis and low-code development, and provide support for security, continuous integration, and automation.
• Collaborate with developers to design, code, and implement custom or complex solutions.
• Deploy solutions to the production environment in accordance with software engineering principles and IT standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Solid experience in application operations support and/or project implementation involving Sirion Labs or other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
• Experience in code development; knowledge of programming languages is an advantage, with Java preferred.
• Good foundation in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Agile processes and tools; ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer focus and a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Experience collaborating with global teams in multicultural environments.
