Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Training and Upskilling: Responsible for Day-to-Day Functional Direction of Learner(s) within the Training Environment Including Learner Progress Monitoring for the Duration of Training, Provide Coaching and Developmental Feedback and Readiness Recommendation(s), Prepare and Present Training Material(s) through Classroom Learning, Hands-On Demonstration(s), and Supporting Activities - Support and Partner with Delivery to Transition Learner(s) from Training to Production Environment, Participate and Contribute to Continuous Learning Culture by Maintaining Engagement on Change Management, Product and Service Release(s), Policies, and Procedure(s)
  • Training Needs Analysis: May Support the Instructional Design Team in Designing and Developing Training Material(s) for Various Instructional Delivery Method(s) Including Computer-Based Training, Interactive Training, Classroom Training, and Written Job Aid(s) - Measure the Effectiveness of Training Program(s) Using Various Feedback Method(s) such as Focus Group Discussion(s), Interview(s), and Survey(s) that will Lead to the Enhancement of Training Resource(s) and Program(s)
  • Collaboration: Provide Insight(s) and Feedback on Recurring Issue(s) to Improve Process(es), Recommend Curriculum Modification(s) to Training Manager and Supervisor on the Basis of Internal Customer Feedback and/or Training Needs Analysis

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with an Active and Valid License (PHRN/USRN) - 2 Year(s) Experience in Utilization Management and Medical Necessity Approval(s) and Denial(s) with at least 1 Year(s) Minimum Experience in a Similar Role or Function (Trainer, Learning Specialist, and Other Related Role(s) with Similar Function(s) are Considered).
  • Experience in a Hospital Setting or Other Clinical Environment (Contact Center Setting), Familiarity with Medicare Rule(s), Regulation(s), and Guideline(s) Including Coverage Criteria and Coding Principle(s), Experience in Handling Appeal(s), Utilization Review, or Related Healthcare Management Function(s), Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills are Essential for Preparing Appeal Argument(s) and Communicating with Different Stakeholder(s), Ability to Analyze Complex Medical Information and Identify Relevant Clinical Issue(s), Have knowledge and experience in InterQual, NCQA and CMS
  • Willing to Work On-Site with Flexible Work Schedule(s) Including US Hour(s) and Holiday(s)
