Basic Requirements
Oversee strategy, compliance, and team performance at an organizational level.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN license required US and PH)
Relevant experience (Manager: 5+ years)
Knowledge of Utilization Management, Case Management, MCG/InterQual criteria, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
The validity of the license must be at least 6 months.If not, the candidate will be automatically rejected.It must also be clearly indicated on the CV.
