Clinical Recruiter (Digital Behavioral Health)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, strictly standard business hours aligned with US Eastern Time (EST). The recruiter will coordinate calendars directly with the internal clinical team.
Location: Global ( Latin America, South Africa, Philippines)
Compensation Range: Dependent on geographic sourcing location and exact depth of behavioral health experience:
- Philippines: $1,200 - $1,800 / month
- South Africa: $1,500 - $2,200 / month
- Latin America: $2,000 - $2,500 / month

The company is a pioneering mental health platform specifically designed for the AAPI community. We provide culturally attuned therapy and coaching, integrating evidence-based care with a deep understanding of the unique cultural barriers our community faces. We are looking for a mission-driven recruiter to help us scale our provider network and bridge the gap in mental health equity.
The Mission
Your goal is to help us grow from 67 to 150 active providers. You will be the primary engine driving our expansion, focusing on sourcing high-quality W2 and 1099 therapists who are passionate about culturally attuned care.
What You'll Do
As our Clinical Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for licensed clinicians and associates:
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage providers through LinkedIn, Indeed, therapist-specific organizations, and AAPI-focused professional groups.
- Full-Cycle Pipeline Management:
○ Conduct initial screening interviews and negotiate pay rates.
○ Schedule clinical vignette interviews for qualified candidates with Dir. of Clinical Strategy.
○ Coordinate with internal supervisors for California-based associates to ensure alignment.
○ Maintain the Jira Provider Recruitment board with real-time updates.
○ Provide regular updates to the Clinical/Ops team to ensure hiring aligns with current geographic, marketing, and clinical gaps.
- Relationship Management: Keep warm leads engaged even when immediate onboarding isn't available, acting as the face of the company to the provider community.

Who You Are
- You have a proven track record in Behavioral Health or HealthTech recruiting. You understand the difference between an LCSW, LMFT, and PsyD, and you know how to talk to clinicians.
- You have an understanding of the AAPI community and/or BIPOC mental health landscape. You can authentically speak to the Anise mission and identify providers who share our values.
- You are comfortable discussing and negotiating provider compensation while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 15-20 hours per week during standard business hours.
- 2+ years of clinical recruiting experience (preferably in a high-growth startup environment).
