Clinical Quality & Education Specialist

Overview

Our client is looking for a Clinical Quality & Education Specialist to support their mission of transforming healthcare through technology. In this full-time, remote role, you will lead clinical staff training programs and oversee clinical documentation standards to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will drive quality improvement initiatives and conduct comprehensive clinical chart audits to improve overall patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm CST with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clinical education and training programs for staff.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical chart audits and quality reviews.
• Implement and monitor continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) credentials preferred.
• Proven experience in clinical staff education and training.
• Strong background in conducting clinical chart audits and quality reviews.
• Hands-on experience with the eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system.
• Solid understanding of quality improvement processes and documentation standards.
