ABOUT THE ROLE
A U.S.-based leader in medical review and compliance services is looking for a Clinical QA Analyst to join their growing team in the Philippines. The company partners with the legal and insurance industries nationwide, helping streamline medical record retrieval, peer reviews, and electronic summaries through innovative systems and technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of medical documentation. Your work will involve reviewing reports, maintaining detailed records across multiple systems, and handling communications related to case files. This position is well-suited for allied health professionals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and interested in leveraging their clinical background in a non-clinical environmentmaking a critical impact on quality and compliance behind the scenes.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in our BGC office, working the night shift (8:30 PM 5:30 AM PHT) in line with U.S. Eastern Time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and validate medical reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness
- Record, update, and manage documentation across company databases and platforms
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate with internal teams and external contacts
- Monitor compliance with healthcare guidelines and organizational standards
- Support management in resolving documentation or compliance challenges
- Deliver reports and records within required timelines
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns
- Flag and escalate discrepancies or irregularities in documentation
- Contribute to audit readiness and provide support during audits
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Allied Health course (MedTech/Radtech/OT/PT/Pharmacy/RT or similar)
- Background in clerical or administrative work within a healthcare or medical setting
- Experience reviewing or handling medical data/documentation is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent English communication skillsboth verbal and written; comfortable handling phone calls and high-volume email correspondence
- Meticulous attention to detail with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
