Oversee credentialing verification activities for non-delegated providers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with health system policies, accrediting body standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead non-clinical care coordination functions, including scheduling, patient navigation, and resource support, to ensure high-quality service delivery for designated covered lives.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of professionals by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career growth.
Serve as the primary liaison between Global Business Services (GBS) teams and US health system leaders, ensuring clear communication, operational transparency, and alignment with business needs.
Build and foster high-performing teams by promoting engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives by leveraging best practices, performance metrics, and feedback from US stakeholders.
Anticipate evolving business needs and implement operational improvements to support strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with established quality, service, and regulatory standards across all areas of responsibility.
Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through organizational transitions with effective communication, empathy, and resilience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Active and unrestricted Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in clinical healthcare leadership, including prior hands-on bedside nursing experience.
Must have prior bedside/clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Previous experience working in a global captive center, Global Business Services (GBS), or Shared Services environment.
Strong leadership, people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing healthcare operations, clinical teams, or patient-focused services is highly preferred.
