Job Description

The Clinical Operations Director is responsible for:

  • Lead and manage clinical operations to meet organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement healthcare strategies and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient care delivery.
  • Oversee the budget and resource allocation for clinical services.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics and outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to clinical staff and team members.
  • Drive innovation and improvement in healthcare practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Clinical Operations Director should have:

  • Educational qualifications in healthcare or a related field. PH RN is a must. US RN is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing clinical operations.
  • Strong understanding of medical standards and regulations.
  • Leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Commitment to improving patient care and health and safety delivery.
