A CQORM professional is responsible for making sure healthcare workers are fully credentialed, compliant, and ready to start assignments before they begin work with a client. This includes:
- Managing onboarding and credentialing requirements for healthcare consultants
- Reviewing and verifying licenses, certifications, and credentials
- Coordinating background checks and health screenings
- Ensuring compliance with client requirements and Joint Commission standards
- Partnering with recruiters, account managers, and healthcare candidates throughout the onboarding process
- Tracking candidate progress and maintaining accurate onboarding records
- Conducting final compliance reviews before clearing a consultant to start work
- Communicating daily with candidates and internal stakeholders to keep onboarding moving forward
