Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

Performing a variety of medical laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases
Collecting and preparing samples for analysis, following standardised protocols and safety guidelines
Accurately operating and maintaining medical laboratory equipment
Documenting test results and patient information in a timely and detailed manner
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies, and quality control measures
Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest medical laboratory techniques and technologies

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) certification
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Medical Technologist in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting medical laboratory equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols with precision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare teams
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
