Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Clinical Licensing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining clinical licensure processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting detailed research on physician and nurse practitioner licensure requirements across jurisdictions. You will also communicate with clients and internal teams to provide excellent customer service, resolve licensing-related inquiries, and prepare reports and recommendations. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work autonomously are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in physician and nurse practitioner licensing
• Strong understanding of state medical board and state nursing board regulatory compliance processes and protocols
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and evaluate data accurately
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with teams and clients
• Research skills for identifying and monitoring licensing requirements in various jurisdictions
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Experience in virtual health or healthcare operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Five or more years of experience managing clinical licensure processes
