Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (Work From Home)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist who will help improve the accuracy, completeness, and quality of clinical documentation while supporting coding accuracy and reimbursement compliance. This role works closely with healthcare professionals to ensure medical records meet documentation standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) or a related clinical documentation role
• At least 3 years of bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Background in Medical-Surgical, Critical Care, Emergency Department, or Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) is highly preferred
• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license is required
• Solid understanding of ICD-10 coding standards, clinical documentation best practices, and Diagnosis-Related Group (DRG) reimbursement principles
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
