Job Description

  • Assist in coordinating clinical activities, manage patient records, support healthcare staff.
  • Create, implement, and review clinical care plans.
  • Attend phone calls to provide clinical care for our clients.
  • Organize all allied health services for our clients.
  • Liaise with nurses, staff and allied health professionals in Australia.
  • Overseeing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure high quality of services.
  • Promote a strong customer focused culture.
  • Ensure all documentation, procedures and reporting meets relevant guidelines and legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Maintain up to date, clear and accurate client care plans, records and meet administrative requirements in accordance with policies, procedures and funding guidelines.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1 year experience required, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Word; strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional evening or weekend work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, compassionate, adaptable, and able to work in a team.
