Clinical Content Analysis Pharmacist

Role Description The Clinical Content Analysis Pharmacist is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila. This role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and validating clinical content related to medications, treatment protocols, and pharmaceutical guidelines to ensure accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include assessing drug information and clinical evidence, supporting formulary and utilization management initiatives, and collaborating with clinical, technical, and operations teams to refine clinical decision support tools. The pharmacist will help maintain and update drug databases, contribute to the development of clinical rules and content standards, and participate in quality assurance activities. The role may also involve responding to internal inquiries about medication-related content and helping improve workflows that support patient safety and effective pharmaceutical care.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to content analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in Pharmaceutical Care and Medicine, including interpreting clinical guidelines and evidence-based therapies.
• Knowledge of Compounding principles and standards, and awareness of safe medication preparation practices.
• Licensed Pharmacist with an active registration in the Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; advanced training or postgraduate studies in clinical pharmacy or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in clinical content development, drug information services, or managed care pharmacy is preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills for evaluating clinical data and medication information.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with using healthcare IT systems, drug databases, and standard office software; familiarity with clinical decision support tools is a plus.
