Role Description The Clinical Application Specialist Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role oversees clinical application specialists who support the implementation, training, and optimization of digital medical solutions in diagnostic clinics and hospitals. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising the team's schedules and performance, guiding clinical case handling related to imaging workflows, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality application support. The supervisor collaborates with clients to understand clinical needs, provides advanced product demonstrations and training, and helps troubleshoot clinical application issues. The role also involves coordinating with technical and sales teams, maintaining documentation of cases and training sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and user experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills and experience in Clinical Supervision, including leading teams, mentoring staff, and monitoring performance.
- Experience in Case Management within healthcare or related fields, including documentation, follow-up, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of clinical environments, preferably in diagnostic imaging (X-ray, ultrasound) or similar healthcare technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, or a related health science field; advanced training or certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train clinical staff and explain technical concepts in clear, practical terms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality client service.
- Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City and occasionally visit client facilities as needed.
