Clinical Advisor

What You'll Do:

Support patients through telephonic healthcare management

Communicate with patients, providers, and healthcare partners

Document interactions accurately while navigating multiple systems

Follow clinical workflows, protocols, and established processes

Help improve patient outcomes through effective care coordination

What We're Looking For:

Strong English communication skills

Experience handling phone calls in a professional environment

Background in Healthcare, Nursing, or a medical setting

Strong computer and documentation skills

Ability to multitask while speaking and documenting

Professionalism, accountability, and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:

Registered Nurses (RN) are highly preferred

We are also open to candidates with solid experience in healthcare environments, medical offices, clinics, hospitals, or other healthcare-related roles

What You Need to Know About This Opportunity:

Must be located in the Philippines

This is a 100% onsite position at Solvo Manila

Availability for rotating shifts is required

Includes night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role
