The Clinical Transformation Partner owns how medicine is practiced within Corporate Health. This role establishes standardized clinical pathways, governs clinical quality, and leads physician engagement across employed and third-party doctors supporting Occupational Health and corporate health services.
This role carries primary accountability for physician behavior change, ensuring doctors move beyond transactional clearance activities toward consistent, protocol-driven, prevention-oriented corporate primary care. The role also ensures that wellness, lifestyle, care navigation, and analytics-driven interventions are clinically anchored, medically defensible, and integrated into everyday practice.

Job Role
To define, govern, and continuously improve clinical practice across Medicard's Corporate Health and Occupational Health services by driving physician engagement, capability uplift, and behavior change, ensuring doctors function as corporate primary care providers and key agents of preventive and population health transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Architecture and Standards
. Design, implement, and continuously refine standardized Occupational Health and corporate primary care pathways
. Embed risk stratification, early intervention, escalation logic, and preventive triggers into routine OH encounters
. Define acceptable clinical variation, documentation standards, and referral discipline
. Ensure consistent clinical decision making across clinics, on-site deployments, and third-party providers
Physician Engagement and Behavior Change
. Own physician engagement, capability development, and performance governance across Corporate Health
. Train, onboard, and continuously develop employed and third-party physicians supporting OH services
. Establish lead physician, peer review, or cluster models to scale clinical leadership
. Define expected physician behaviors aligned to corporate primary care and prevention models
. Actively address underperformance, protocol deviation, or quality concerns among physicians
Clinical Governance and Advisory
. Serve as senior clinical advisor for complex employer cases, escalation reviews, and governance discussions
. Ensure wellness and lifestyle programs are clinically triggered and aligned with approved care pathways
. Partner with Care Navigation and Analytics teams to close care gaps and strengthen follow-through
. Support regulatory, audit, and clinical safety reviews as required
Qualifications
. Licensed physician with experience in occupational health, corporate health, or primary care
. Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, pathway standardization, or population health
. Strong credibility with fellow physicians and comfort leading peer behavior change
. Ability to balance clinical rigor with operational and scalability considerations
Success Metrics
. 95% physician adherence to approved clinical protocols
. No more than 10% variation in referral patterns across physicians for comparable case profiles
. 90% positive client feedback related to physician quality and professionalism
. 80% of lifestyle, preventive, or care management interventions initiated through clinical triggers
. Measurable reduction in repeat OH findings without intervention over time
