To oversee the overall operations, clinical service delivery, financial performance, and administrative management of the Free-Standing Clinic, ensuring high-quality care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
.Manage clinic operations (25%)
.Oversee daily clinic activities including patient flow, scheduling, and service delivery to ensure efficiency, patient satisfaction, and adherence toMedicardstandards.
.Supervise clinic staff (20%)
.Lead, coach, and evaluate medical and administrative personnel, ensure proper staffing, training, and adherenceto policies and procedures.
.Ensure quality of care and compliance (15%)
.Monitor clinical practices, enforce medical protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies,Medicardstandards, including audit readiness.
.Drive financial performance (10%)
.Monitor clinic revenue, expense, andutilization implement cost-control measures and productivity improvements whilemeeting financial targets.
.Manage client and patient relations (10%)
.Address patient concerns, ensure service excellence, andmaintainstrong relationships with corporateclientand partners.
.Oversee inventory and equipment management (5%)
.Ensure availability and proper maintenance of medical supplies, medicines, and equipment coordinate procurement and assets control.
.Implement programs and initiatives (5%)
.Execute corporate programs, health campaigns, and service improvements aligned with organizational goals.
.Prepare reports and analytics (5)
.Generate operational, clinical, and financial reports analyze data to supportdecision-making and continuous improvement.
.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (5%)
.Collaborate with support units and external providers to ensure smooth clinic operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
.Education - Graduate of any 4 year Medical course
.Experience - At least 2 years experience in clinic setting or working in an HMO is an advantage.
.Other skills: With above average communication and empathic skills. Good negotiator, flexible and can do multi-tasking. Must be analytic, systematic and organized.
