Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Receptionist, located in Bulacan. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, greeting patients, and providing front desk support. Additional tasks involve handling phone calls with proper etiquette, maintaining medical office records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Clerical Duties
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and managing patient inquiries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically more on Excel)
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and working in a Medical Office setting is a plus
- With Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- At least College Graduate; additional certification in related fields is an advantage
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred
Working Schedule
- Monday-Saturday (6 days)
- 8hrs / day
